Talk to me about your WHY. Why a purpose driven business and why the pursuit of B Corp?
Our "why" is centered around empowering individuals within organizations to embrace their authentic selves and create a life filled with meaning and purpose. We believe in a purpose-driven approach because the most valuable things in life cannot be purchased. The pursuit of B Corp certification aligns with this belief, providing a framework that not only guides us but also holds us accountable for how we contribute to the world. Through this journey, we've gained invaluable insights that have deepened our understanding and commitment to our mission.
Is there a B Corp or B corp leader that you look up to?
What truly inspires us is the entire B Corp community. From small solopreneurs to industry giants like Patagonia, these organizations embody a commitment to walking a different path—a path that values courage, thoughtful investment, and intentionality. Seeing such a diverse group of businesses, all united by a shared purpose, motivates us to strive for the same level of impact and integrity in everything we do.
