Introducing Vanessa Pereira – Advocacy Campaign Coordinator
B Local Ontario has hired Vanessa Pereira as its Advocacy Campaign Coordinator to help with our Fair Compensation for use of Municipal Land Campaign. As part of the campaign, she will be reaching out to B Corps in Ontario to introduce the campaign and to get feedback on how B Local Ontario could better serve B Corps in Ontario.
Vanessa is passionate about social impact and sustainability. She thrives on building meaningful community connections and helping organizations quantify their Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions to empower them to make data-driven climate decisions.
Beyond her work, Vanessa is dedicated to community impact through her current involvement in the social impact space guiding impact measurement projects and previously leading a youth cycling advocacy program in Toronto. In her free time, she enjoys movies, swimming, time with loved ones, and checking out new cafés for matcha lattes.
