B Work is a job board partnership between B Lab and Fitzii, a B Corp recruiting firm, based in Ontario. It’s here to make it even easier for B Corps to find talented teammates who are passionate about your mission. Certified B Corps have access to two main resources:
- B Work Job Site – this site brings all the B Corp jobs into one place so it’s easier for purpose driven jobseekers to find you. Ontario now has its own space on B Work and you can post jobs here for free.
- B Work Hiring Platform – hiring software and services designed specifically for how B Corps hire – objective pre-screening assessments, inclusive jobseeker-focused job ads, and integration with any networks or job boards you use.
